		<description>Hi Chrina! This show is educational however i&#039;d like to correct some..First, it&#039;s not prostagladins but prostaglandins. Second, NSAIDs or pain killers just manage the pain and not the prostaglandins which is the root cause of dysmenorrhea. Surely NSAIDs help in managing the pain but dysmenorrhea may recur over and over again. OCPs are the ones who really manage the root cause which is hormonal imbalance. OCPs are not drastic treatment but a secondary treatment and a more effective one. Hehe =) Good thing to know that you have mentioned OCPs in this show. OBGYNs will be glad to entertain patients asking about OCPs.</description>
